Residential Dumpster Uses

Waste Material: Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be “waste material” as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. No hazardous materials & waste. Price includes (1) delivery, (1) pick up and (1) disposal.
A 10-yard dumpster includes 1 ton, and a 15-yard dumpster includes 1 ton. There is an additional charge of $95.00 per ton if the final weight goes OVER the allowed tonnage per container.
Other charges may apply for weight overages and other charges may apply for can top offs. Min $125.00 charge for loads needing manipulation, i.e., do not load above this line. $125.00 for any cancellations done on same day of deliveries. Any change of location is $125.00 fee (after original drop). $125 trip charge for unserviceable conditions (not ready for pick-up, no room for drop off, container blocked / cannot pick up).
The following items will incur an additional charge:
Appliances that have or had Freon $50.00 per item, mattresses, and box springs $35.00 per item, upholstered furniture with cushions $35.00 per item, and tires will be charged $15.00 per tire. The container rental is for 7 days. Extra time is billed at $10 per day.
Very Important:
The loading of dirt, block, brick, and concrete into the dumpster will make the dumpster very heavy and cost you much more money than if you had just gotten two dumpsters to sort and recycle your debris. It can only be filled half full. Boxes filled more than halfway will have to be unloaded by the customer to the half full requirements before it can be hauled. Any fines due to overweight of this container will be paid for by the customer who leased the box from the hauler.
Driveways and Parking Areas:
Customer warrants that any access/location provided for Trash Panda Disposal equipment is enough to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement, asphalt, pavers or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, to perform the services herein contracted Trash Panda, shall not be responsible for any damage to lawns, fences, or shrubbery. Customer assumes all responsibility. The hot summer sun combined with the weight of the dumpster on an asphalt driveway can cause divots. A piece of plywood under the wheels will help cut down on any damages!
Items we do not accept:
We will not accept any of the following materials: asbestos (without prior approval and manifest), liquids (paints, oils, gas, pesticides, cleaners, or solvents), hazardous materials, tires, Freon-containing devices, batteries, chemicals, oil / gas / propane bottles or tanks, creosote lumber (without prior approval and pricing), and / or explosives. You are responsible for all material placed in the container, by you or other parties. Any materials listed above may subject the can to rejection or additional fees.
Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions of Services
All overages are billed at $95 per ton rounded to the next quarter ton. Prices may vary and are subject to change. Prices do not include fuel surcharges. We do not provide service (pickup or delivery) on Sundays and Holidays.
If you are loading any of the following materials, DIRT, BRICK, CONCRETE, ASPHALT, STONE, SLATE, or GRAVEL, you must use a 10-yard dumpster. There is no weight limit unless the material is mixed with any other different materials.
If you are loading concrete, only concrete, minor dirt is acceptable only if it is not able to be removed from the concrete. NO SHOVELS FULL OF DIRT ALLOWED.
Any balance and/or differences will be billed at the time of order.
Trash Panda Disposal roll off is not responsible for property damage due to the placement or pickup of our dumpster containers. Trash Panda Disposal roll off drivers have the right to deny placement due to safety and / or damage concerns. Lawns and driveways / sidewalks can get damaged from the weight of the dumpster / truck. Our drivers also reserve the right not to place containers on soft surfaces due to rain / inclement weather. They can get stuck.
We are not liable for property damage done to property not owned by you. We will not deliver if we cannot perform our service on your property or public property. You must have a property damage liability waiver form signed by the property owner before we will attempt to place across property lines.
Once our dumpsters have been placed, do not move our dumpsters. If the dumpster has been moved, you agree to be liable for all associated property damages, moving or cleanup fees.
You may be required to have a parking permit / license by your local municipality. Trash Panda Disposal roll off is not liable for any fines or citations as a result of your non-compliance with local ordinances. You agree to comply with all local ordinances and are liable for any citations / fines.
The dumpster container is your responsibility while in your possession until the time we pick up. We accept no liability for the contents of the container. Please adhere to the following loading procedures.
Customer is liable for any and all damages to container, while the container is leased to them. You hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this contract and terms and conditions of our services.
Terms and Conditions for Dumpster Rentals
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be interpreted, constructed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. All parties hereby irrevocably consent that in the event litigation is filed to enforce the terms of this Agreement, such litigation shall be instituted only in the District or Circuit Courts for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, as determined by the amount in dispute. The customer hereby consents to personal jurisdiction of said Courts. The parties hereto waive their right to a trial by jury.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other agreements, written or oral, between the parties relating to the service.
Severability: If any part of this Agreement is legally declared invalid or unenforceable, all other parts of this Agreement are still valid and enforceable. Such invalidity or non-enforceability will not invalidate or render unenforceable any other portion of this Agreement.
Payment and Billing: Customer hereby agrees to pay all costs and expenses for the collection of unpaid amounts including without limitation, attorney fees in an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the balance due, but in no case less than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) Court costs and other costs allowed by the law; provided, however, that the amount of attorney’s fees collected shall not exceed the attorney’s fees actually incurred.
